Stowlines.
Make Every mile. Smarter.
A clearer course for your shipping operations. Estimate voyages, plan schedules, procure fuel and manage bookings. All on one connected platform.
Everything a liner operation runs on.
Four modules on one data backbone. What you estimate becomes the voyage you plan, the fuel you buy and the bookings you carry, with nothing typed twice.

Bunker planning that does the math for you.
Requirements per leg and per voyage, worked out from speed, distance and each vessel's consumption tables. Pick the fuel, pick the port, send the RFQ.

Compare quotes. Award with confidence.
Vendor quotes land in one ranked view with a built-in recommendation. Award in a click, the vendor confirms through a secure link, and the purchase order is generated and archived for you.

Fewer surprises. Tighter schedules. Cheaper fuel.
Your fleet runs on data, not spreadsheets, from the first estimate to the purchase order.
One backbone, no re-keying
Vessels, ports, tariffs and voyages are entered once and shared by every module, so the numbers agree everywhere.
Real sea passages
Distances come from a maritime routing network of 1,300+ ports with Suez, Panama and Kiel routed for you, never a straight line across the map.
Yours alone, fully audited
Every client organisation is licensed and managed separately, with role-based access and an audit trail on every action.
From estimate to purchase order.
One connected flow, five steps. Start with the estimator alone or take the whole suite.
Estimate the voyage
Drop ports on a live map: sea distances, canal dues, bunker burn and P&L per TEU before you commit.
Plan the voyage
Ports load from the service schedule; distances, sea days and ETAs work themselves out.
Watch the board
Drag to replan; conflicts, overlaps and delays surface at once across every voyage.
Procure the fuel
Computed quantities go out as RFQs; ranked quotes come back through secure vendor links.
Award and archive
One click awards, the vendor confirms, and the purchase order lands in the audit trail.
Voyage Estimator
What is Stowlines?
A web platform for container shipping operations: voyage estimation, schedule planning, bunker procurement and container booking on one shared data backbone, with no spreadsheets and no re-keying between steps.
Can we license the Voyage Estimator on its own?
Yes. The estimator is offered as a standalone module with its own sign-in. When you are ready for the full suite, your organisation is upgraded in place: vessels, port costs and templates carry straight over.
Where do the sea distances come from?
Distances are computed over a global maritime routing network covering 1,300+ ports, with Suez, Panama and Kiel transits routed automatically. Every figure is an actual sea passage, not a great-circle shortcut.
How are bunker and port costs estimated?
Bunker burn comes from each vessel's speed and consumption curve at the leg's speed. Port call costs fill from your own Port Tariff, built from each port's tariff lines, and every figure stays editable per voyage.
Is our data separated from other clients?
Yes. Stowlines is tenant-based: each client organisation is licensed, activated and managed independently, with role-based access for its users and a full audit trail on every action.
